New Jersey: Aetna, Cigna
I also take self-pay clients.
How and where do you have sessions?
I partner with Grow Therapy and Headway and see clients virtually via their secure online platforms.
How often will we meet?
The frequency of sessions depends on a number of factors. For more severe symptoms, I usually recommend once a week. For mild to moderate symptoms, bi-weekly is the most common. For maintenance, many people choose monthly. I can help figure out what works best with your needs.
How long are sessions?
A typical session is 50 minutes long.
How much do sessions cost?
Session costs depend on your insurance co-pays and deductibles. If you chose to be a self-pay client, the rate is $150.

Once you schedule your appointment, you will get a link to fill in your insurance information with either Headway or Grow. They will provide you with a cost estimate based on your insurance plan.

What is expected of me?
I believe that one gets out of therapy what they put in. Many people have lived a lifetime of certain thoughts and beliefs. Change takes time and effort. For that reason, I encourage at-home exercises and practice. I ask that you come to therapy with an open mind and willingness to try new things. Change happens when we move out of our comfort zone. My goal is to provide a safe place for you to take risks.
How do I enter your telehealth website?
Dogs or cats?
Always cats! Debates welcome.
Lisa is great. She is willing to hear my concerns and frame them in a way that is relevant to my experience. She looks for solutions, but not without validating my experiences and really trying to understand what I am trying to get out of my life. -Client
